Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing physical therapy programs to prevent disability and promote overall well-being. They will work closely with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless delivery of services.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical status and functional abilities to determine current level of functioning
- Implement physical therapy programs to prevent disability and promote overall well-being
- Coordinate patient care with other members of the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current licensure or certification in physical therapy (Oregon or Washington)
- Basic Life Support certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
