About the Role

This full-time position involves providing high-quality health care to Kaiser Permanente members in a cost-effective manner. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental health needs and co-occurring chemical dependency disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments to patients presenting with mental health needs and co-occurring chemical dependency disorders
  • Rapidly, accurately, and concisely document face-to-face assessments and care in patients' permanent records
  • Participate effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage crisis interventions for at-risk patients to ensure patient and community safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two (2) years of clinical experience
  • Masters-level degree or higher required (M.S.W., M.S., M.A., M.Ed.)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Oregon) required at hire OR Psychologist License (Oregon) required at hire OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Oregon) required at hire OR Professional Counselor License (Oregon) required at hire
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire
Benefits

Kaiser Permanente offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience.

Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
