Key Responsibilities- Evaluating patients' physical status, functional abilities, and age-specific needs to determine their current level of functioning, self-care, self-responsibility, independence, and quality of life.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited program in physical therapy.
- Current licensure as a physical therapist in Oregon (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Basic Life Support certification within 2 months of hire.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
