About the Role:
We are looking for a highly qualified Physical Therapist to work with patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric age groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical status, functional abilities, and age-specific needs to determine their current level of functioning. They will develop and implement treatment plans that involve patients, family members, and social support systems to help achieve reasonable goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with patients, families, caregivers, peers, and supervisors. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and complete chart documentation according to established criteria.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Recent graduates of accredited physical therapy curricula with certification in Physical Therapy may also be eligible. Applicants must possess a valid Physical Therapist License (Oregon) or Physical Therapy Permit (Oregon) within six months of hire. Additionally, they must obtain a Basic Life Support certification within two months of hire. A National Provider Identifier is also required at hire.

Kaiser Permanente offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
