Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to partners, patients, and family members.
  • Discuss and educate family members on various services offered by PruittHealth and methods of payment.
  • Verify accuracy of patient information and completeness of admission files.
  • Update and maintain accurate daily census.
  • Responsible for accurately reporting daily nursing hours.
  • Make daily deposits and record transactions in a timely manner; reconcile facility petty cash.
  • Assist with Medicaid pending procedures, including assistance with the Medicaid application.
  • Perform Human Resources, Recruiting, and Payroll functions.
  • Distribute funds and record transactions from Patient Trust fund and facility petty cash.
  • Prepare transfer of expense form.
  • Complete new vendor process and ensure all vendors are contracted with PruittHealth.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end processes and procedures.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and report violations to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to four years of experience in Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Billing and Financial Experience preferred.
