Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare food according to item specifications, maintain a clean and sanitized environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with members of the team, and be flexible to the needs of the business.
• Customer Service: Acknowledge members, identify their needs, and provide assistance with purchasing decisions, payment types, and locating merchandise.
• Food Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhere to food safety standards, and ensure quality and date control standards.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
