About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in person and over the phone
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Drive sales growth by recommending products and services to customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
