Drying Equipment Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking a Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our disaster restoration crew, you will be responsible for assessing damages, setting up drying equipment, and communicating with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing damages and determining the best course of action
- Setting up and operating drying equipment to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
- Taking moisture readings and monitoring the drying process to ensure optimal results
- Communicating with customers to provide updates and resolve any concerns
- Performing additional duties as needed to support the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving history
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a background check (no felonies)
