Patient Care Technician, Medical Telemetry Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical Telemetry team at Highland Park Hospital. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and assist with various medical procedures.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist with Vital Signs, 12-Lead EKG, Bladder Ultrasound, Foley catheter and IV adapter removal, sterile specimen collection, bathing, beds, ambulating, turning, hourly rounding, blood glucose, feeding, admitting patients to room, preparing patients for discharge, and other duties delegated by the Registered Nurse.
  • Assist with the implementation of a patient-specific care plan.
  • Participate in other activities essential to the functioning of the patient care unit.
  • Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.
