JOB SUMMARY: The role involves delivering technical assistance to end-users, along with the installation, modification, and repair of the JCM product line. This position may also include supervising other technicians on designated projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Handles both emergency and scheduled assignments for installation, repair, and inspection.

2. Executes tasks requiring a foundational understanding of electrical and electronic principles, including the operation and application of electronic testing equipment.

3. Develops detailed work plans to ascertain material or replacement requirements and formulates a systematic approach to troubleshooting.

4. Conducts servicing of electronic devices by diagnosing, testing, and replacing defective components.

5. Offers technical assistance to customers and end-users.

6. Keeps management informed about issues and the corrective measures taken.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Engages with customer inquiries or issues, providing responses based on common questions and consulting manuals for additional information.

2. Aids in troubleshooting customer equipment as necessary.

3. Acts as a representative for the team to customers and management when designated as project lead.

4. Capable of installing and uninstalling application software on Windows-based PCs.

5. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• An Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or field technical support role with leadership responsibilities is required.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary.

• Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows Server is advantageous.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fundamental technical knowledge of electronics as assessed during the interview process.

• General understanding of JCM products is beneficial.

• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary gaming licenses and travel documentation.

• Willingness to travel out of state frequently, for extended periods.

• Availability to work or travel during weekends and holidays is essential.

• Flexibility to work overtime as required.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is mandatory.
