Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Healthcare Navigator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating patient care and ensuring that each individual receives the best possible treatment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with physicians, patients, families, and healthcare staff to develop personalized care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Coordinate various healthcare programs and services to meet patient needs
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare options and provide support throughout the treatment process
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Recruit and train staff members to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or related field preferred
  • Certification as a medical assistant or equivalent experience required
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
