About the Role:

  • Act as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Deliver exceptional patient experience through face-to-face interactions and provide education on treatment options.
  • Assist patients in understanding their symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year
  • Shortened work week (13-hours shifts)
