Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and performance coaching

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in learning and development, with a focus on leadership development and training
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced certification in a related field, such as employee development or organizational learning
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex learning programs that drive business results
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform learning program design
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional work in manufacturing and office environments
