Customer Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the work of Customer Service Representatives
- Ensure that all employees are following work processes and procedures
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees on performance and disciplinary actions
- Recruit and train new employees
- Participate in improvement efforts and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
