Job OverviewAs a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and oversee the work of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring that they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee the work of Customer Service Representatives
  • Ensure that all employees are following work processes and procedures
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees on performance and disciplinary actions
  • Recruit and train new employees
  • Participate in improvement efforts and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures

Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
