Customer Service Lead

Circle K is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in training new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Perform shift supervision, ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Complete all store merchandise build-to's, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Receive and verify vendor deliveries, ensuring that all products are received and stored correctly.
