Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be part of the Customer Service team in Hudson, NH. This position will support the Order Service, Repair, and Warranty departments for both the Raymarine and FLIR Maritime brands. As a key customer-facing role, the CSR will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Fluency in English language
