About the Role

This Clinical Support Associate position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

This role involves providing administrative and clinical support, including maintaining accurate patient records, preparing patients for exams, and assisting licensed practitioners with patient care tasks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and medical information.
  • Prepare patients for exams by collecting vital signs, updating medical histories, and obtaining consent forms.
  • Assist licensed practitioners with patient care tasks, such as administering medications and performing procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited medical assisting program or completion of two years of medical training in the US Armed Forces.
  • National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).
  • At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $17.88 - $27.31 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings and paid time off.
