Job Overview

Rogue Community Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychiatric Health Professional to join its Medford Behavioral Health team. This role involves providing integrated patient care, including consultation, diagnostic, preventative, educational, and therapeutic mental health services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment plans, and medication management to patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in psychiatric care.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physician Associate (Assistant) program or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) program with emphasis in psychiatric care.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physician Associate or nursing license in Oregon.
  • Basic Life Support Certification and DEA Number.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work respectfully with all levels of staff.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
