Medical Support Associate

As a Graduate Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

Responsibilities
- Taking and recording temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Ambulating residents with care and attention.
- Applying proper lifting and transferring techniques to prevent injury.
- Providing optimal positioning and support for residents' comfort and safety.
- Maintaining accurate records of residents' weights and medical information.
- Delivering restorative and rehabilitative nursing services to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Responding promptly to residents' needs and concerns within the scope of practice.
- Collaborating with the care team to identify and resolve resident-related issues.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have graduated from a Nursing Assistant training program within the past 60 days.
- Be able to obtain Certified Nurse Assistant certification within 120 days of hire.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues and residents.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, flexible spending account, and paid time off.
