Daily Responsibilities:
The role focuses heavily on accounts payable, inventory management, and data entry tasks. General administrative and clerical functions are also part of the responsibilities.

The candidate will provide a range of administrative and staff support services to the designated organizational unit. This includes performing various clerical duties such as:

  • Word processing and document preparation
  • Organizing both electronic and physical files
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Processing incoming correspondence and managing phone communications
  • Maintaining reports and other relevant data

Additionally, the role may involve assisting in budget preparation and control activities, as well as managing records, statistics, and reports related to operations and personnel changes.

The candidate may act as an administrative liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations. Training and assisting other employees may also be required.

Professional Skills:
The ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos is essential. Candidates should be able to write clear correspondence and effectively present information in both one-on-one and small group settings.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidates should also be proficient in basic mathematical operations and capable of interpreting data through graphs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Project) is required, including skills in document formatting, formula application, and project tracking.

Excellent word processing skills and business writing abilities, along with precise proofreading capabilities, are necessary. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

A strong sense of urgency and work ethic is essential for success in this role.
