About the Role

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role in our Telemetry unit. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and educating others.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records
  • Administer medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for patients, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to orientation completion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
