Full-Time - Day Shifts
Compensation up to $25.60/hour

We are currently in search of a Household Supervisor for our Senior Care Community, Bristol Glen, located in Newton, NJ. Bristol Glen is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) designed to deliver person-centered care in a warm, home-like setting, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and an enhanced quality of life.
The Household Supervisor collaborates closely with the Nurse Mentor to oversee the non-clinical functions of the household, primarily supporting the CNAs. This role ensures that the overall needs of residents are met and that family requirements are addressed. The Supervisor also aligns with United Methodist Communities' policy objectives for the Household Model of Care, maintaining high standards of care excellence and compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Qualifications for a Household Supervisor:
- Completion or enrollment in a DFS-approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program.
- Current standing on the DFS Nurse Aide Registry.
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care is essential.
- Preferred: Five (5) years of experience in Long-Term Care/Sub-Acute settings.
Key Responsibilities for a Household Supervisor:
- Assist staff and residents by responding to call lights, aiding residents during meals, transporting them to and from activities, engaging with families, resolving issues, organizing meeting schedules, and overseeing household cleanliness.
- Participate in care plan meetings and manage the household schedule and residents' daily activities.
- Oversee staffing schedules for CNAs.
- Monitor supply levels and reorder as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required or dictated by responsibilities.
