Responsibilities

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist clients with bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, hair care, and other daily activities.
  • Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): Assist clients with light housekeeping, laundry, changing bed linens, shopping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, and other daily tasks.
  • Report Changes in Client Condition: Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to our supervisors.
  • Complete Care Plan Documentation: Accurately and timely complete required care plan documentation to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide Exemplary Client Care: Deliver exceptional care and support to clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Respect Client Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' personal boundaries at all times.
