Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert

Advanced Strategic Insight (ASI) is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert to support an anticipated contract with the US Air Force (USAF). This is a full-time, on-site position, which requires an active SECRET clearance.
The Role
Apply expert-level knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems, operations, and USAF flying regulations and procedures to:
- Create, validate, update, and incorporate standards for flying training on designated platforms into instructor-based and computer-based training materials.
- Develop, update, and validate questions used in knowledge checks and examinations.
- Confirm the relevance and accuracy of scenarios and graphics used in all instructional materials.
- Collaborate with team members and the customer in all phases of the instructional design and development process.
Responsibilities
- This role offers the chance to play a strategic part in delivering innovative, mission-critical, and effective training solutions to a client.
- Apply expert-level knowledge of Electronic Warfare operations regulations and procedures to:
- Create, validate, update, and incorporate standards for electronic warfare training on designated platforms into instructor-based and computer-based training materials.
- Develop, update, and validate questions used in knowledge checks and examinations.
- Confirm the relevance and accuracy of scenarios and graphics used in all instructional materials.
- Collaborate with team members and the customer in all phases of the instructional design and development process.
What We Require
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of experience in Electronic Warfare.
- Previous experience as an Electronic Warfare instructor.
- Thorough knowledge of Electronic Warfare operations and working knowledge of USAF flying regulations/procedures.
- Knowledge of the Instructional Design and Development process.
- An active Secret clearance is required for this work.
