Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Route Sales Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of customers and provide them with expert advice on our comprehensive product line. With a focus on building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth, this role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities- Manage a protected local route to sell our national tool brands and equipment to technicians and automotive professionals
- Foster and grow relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on new products and industry developments
- No sales or automotive experience necessary; comprehensive training provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- Ongoing field support and mentoring
