About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Automotive Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Volvo Cars Brooklyn.

As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and creating opportunities for long-term success. Your primary objective will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by asking insightful questions and listening carefully to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, options, and latest technology.
  • Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should also be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be available to travel to different locations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in automotive sales or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Volvo products and services.
  • Fantastic communication and negotiation skills.
  • A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
