Business Development Manager Job Description

At OLE' Mexican Foods, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the medical industry and its key players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, independent operators, and other stakeholders in the medical industry.
  • Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities to deliver increased brand ACV across the region.
  • Sell, create, and design displays to provide higher sales and exposure to Olé brands.
  • Implement shelf schematics and planograms to create efficient planograms for local managed accounts.
  • Ensure weekly customer visits with key retailers to build sustainable relationships and negotiate display and promotional opportunities.
  • Manage promotion and advertising, trade spend, and customer marketing agreements funds for key accounts.
  • Contact key customer decision makers to negotiate and close deals.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel, if necessary.

Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position.
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.

  • Willingness to travel.
