We are currently in search of a dedicated and dynamic Dispute Resolution Specialist to enhance our Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication and resolution between consumers and businesses.

Position Overview

The Dispute Resolution Specialist will facilitate discussions between consumers and businesses, providing essential resources and information to the public regarding consumer rights and business practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process incoming consumer complaints.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with both consumers and businesses.
  • Oversee the processing of consumer reviews.
  • Perform evaluations of company files to identify patterns in complaints.
  • Input data into the organizational system accurately.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an office environment handling general administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a clear and articulate telephone presence.
  • Strong written communication abilities, capable of responding to inquiries with proper grammar and structure.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • The ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with bilingual skills.
