We are currently in search of a dedicated and proactive Dispute Resolution Specialist to enhance our Operations team. This role is pivotal in facilitating constructive dialogue between consumers and businesses, ensuring that both parties can find common ground.

Role Summary

The Dispute Resolution Specialist will serve as a mediator, providing essential resources and support to the public in navigating consumer and business-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming complaints from the public with professionalism and care.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with consumers and businesses to ensure resolution.
  • Manage and process consumer reviews to maintain transparency.
  • Perform comprehensive file reviews to identify patterns in complaints.
  • Accurately enter data into the organizational system to maintain records.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an office environment handling general administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a clear and articulate telephone manner.
  • Strong written communication abilities, capable of crafting well-structured email responses.
  • A customer-centric approach with outstanding interpersonal skills, along with adept problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • The ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • A self-motivated attitude, ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with bilingual skills.
