We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Restaurant Team Member at Chick-fil-A Church Street in Nashville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in operational activities, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
- Assist in training new hires, set a positive tone for shifts, and serve as a role model for the team.
- Conduct daily food safety audits to maintain high standards.
- Uphold Food Safety Standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a business or marketing field.
- Leadership experience in food service operations.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
