As a Sales Route Specialist, you will hold a full-time role focused on the delivery, sales, and merchandising of Frito-Lay's extensive product range, which includes popular brands such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. Your responsibilities will involve driving a Frito-Lay vehicle to various retail locations, including convenience stores, discount shops, and large supermarkets. In this position, you will work autonomously to unload shipments, showcase products, collaborate with store managers to boost sales, and maintain accurate records throughout your daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive comprehensive training for four to six weeks, focusing on driving and sales techniques alongside our dedicated team.
  • Manage routes for team members, explore diverse retail environments, and engage with new customers.
  • Enhance sales on your route by fostering relationships, implementing display strategies, and executing national sales initiatives.
  • Establish a consistent route with designated days off and a predictable schedule.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and physically engaging work atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any necessary state licenses or endorsements.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must successfully complete a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
