ROLE OVERVIEW
Handles customer inquiries and order processing while ensuring timely delivery of products and services. Engages with various departments regarding design, delivery, or service-related issues. Establishes sales connections and performs basic sales tasks. Under guidance, undertakes varied responsibilities that may be somewhat complex but involve limited decision-making authority, requiring some evaluation and creativity, while applying fundamental concepts and procedures. The clientele is primarily domestic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates with other departments regarding design, delivery, or service inquiries.
  • Oversees business bookings.
  • Processes customer inquiries and orders, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Attracts new clients through sales initiatives, promotions, and development efforts.
  • Manages inventory and schedules shipments.
  • Establishes sales connections and performs basic sales tasks.
  • Operates under supervision, engaging in varied tasks that may be somewhat complex but involve limited decision-making.
  • Demonstrates originality and creativity in tasks.
  • Applies fundamental concepts and procedures effectively.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree along with 0 - 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese is essential.
