Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Maintenance Group Lead to join our team at The BarTech Group, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our client's facilities.
  • Manufacturing Operations: Read and react to the manufacturing daily plan to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Task Management: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a high level of analytical ability to solve complex problems and recommend solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Communication: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for the preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Meet schedule and quality requirements to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement divisional and corporate policies and safety and good housekeeping practices to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintain frequent contact and collaboration with others outside of the work group to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Resource Management: Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Project Management: Establish a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar industry, with a balance of controls and supervisory experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required, with an engineering degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Willing to work every other weekend, with a rotating shift schedule.
