Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment. This position is essential for maintaining production efficiency and upholding product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and technical support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Install, initiate, and maintain OEM automation systems, including necessary training for users.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems, implementing effective solutions.
- Assist with various tasks to support production operations as needed.
- Adhere to all customer protocols to guarantee compliance and satisfaction.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty.
- Optimize device performance by adjusting functional components and control instruments.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Automotive Technology, technical certification, or equivalent education is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience or equivalent industry exposure.
- Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, including programmable logic controllers (PLC).
- Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, and repairing technical components and machinery.
- Must utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in machine controls.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Possession of a valid driver's license or passport.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
