Job Title: Order Entry Specialist

At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Order Entry Specialist to join our team. As an Order Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the order processing system.
  • Verify order details, including product quantities, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Process order modifications and cancellations.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, or issues.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies or errors.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
