Job Summary
Automatic Building Controls, Inc. is seeking a skilled Water Estimator to join our team. As a Water Estimator, you will be responsible for providing bid estimates and proposals for Building Automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create competitive, accurate, high-quality, and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis.
- Analyze customer needs with the help of a manager.
- Effectively partner with companywide team members to accurately quantify materials and labor costs.
- Maintain overall account management responsibilities for assigned accounts.
- Develop accounts by tracking and analyzing services provided.
Requirements
We are willing to train an entry-level candidate, but it is desirable to possess a working knowledge of commercial construction documentation and pricing. A BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
