- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a medical assistant training program or a minimum of two years of relevant experience within the last five years.

- Current CPR certification from an accredited organization.
- Willingness to travel locally to various healthcare sites as required.
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations and challenging environments.

- Capacity to make informed and timely decisions, with flexibility to work rotating shifts throughout the week.
- Physical capability to assist with patient lifting and transfer activities, including the ability to lift up to 35 pounds independently. For heavier lifts, appropriate equipment and assistance from colleagues should be utilized.
