The International Subsidiary Banking (ISB) division offers banking services to the subsidiaries of our Commercial Banking clients within the Corporate sector. Our strategy is to ensure consistent, thorough, and dedicated support across the HSBC network, aiming to strengthen our client relationships. The ISB sector significantly contributes to the revenue of Commercial Banking and comprises a network of specialized bankers in over 55 countries. In the United States, ISB plays a pivotal role in our client engagement strategy. The International Corridors team is dedicated to client acquisition, delivering sustainable solutions, and upholding the highest global standards.

The International Banking Team (IBT) focuses on increasing revenue from international clients entering the United States, providing substantial exposure to the HSBC Global framework. As an Analyst, you will lead various inbound account activities crucial for the team's operations, including but not limited to: managing pipeline tracking, overseeing liquidity package implementation, coordinating post-account opening submissions, and facilitating the onboarding process. Over time, you will be expected to manage your own portfolio.

Your contributions will be vital to the ISB teams, ensuring optimal performance towards the business's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), enhancing operational efficiency, and maximizing client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play an essential role in achieving business objectives as part of the ISB team.
  • Prioritize rapid account opening processes.
  • Monitor all pipeline activities through to post-account opening.
  • Take full ownership of liquidity package and pricing implementation.
  • Manage the Live-Sign process effectively.
  • Coordinate the reconciliation of all account openings through the onboarding system.
  • Act as a primary contact for international colleagues.
  • Collaborate closely with the ISB business management team on strategic initiatives.

Compensation:
HSBC offers a competitive salary range between $58,700 and $88,100 for this role. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, including role responsibilities, skill set, experience, education, and other relevant factors.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-focused environment, demonstrating an understanding of global corridors.
