Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nephrology Nurse to join our team at Satellite Healthcare. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission to make life better for those living with kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in professional role development activities, including continuing education, quality assessment and improvement, and the review and clinical application of research findings.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of patients with kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • One (1) year of registered nurse experience.
  • Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combination of in-center, and/or acute, hemodialysis required.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
  • Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure.
  • Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required.
