Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nephrology nursing.
- Successful completion of Fresenius Medical Care North America's education and training requirements.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $62.00 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
