We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Coordinator to join our team at DaVita. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and services in our outpatient dialysis center.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a registered nurse with at least 6 months of dialysis experience. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care and services, ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our patients. Your duties will include:

  • Trend lab values and track metrics on vital signs, weight, and outcome management
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being
  • Train and supervise clinical team members
  • Float to various clinics during and after training
  • Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • At least 18 months of registered nursing experience
  • Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience is preferred
