Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will work in an outpatient dialysis center, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver care to patients in an outpatient dialysis center
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
