Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Fire Protection Advanced Services team, ensuring high performance and effective service delivery.
  • Handle recruitment and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Resolve customer-related challenges efficiently, maintaining strong relationships and satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor team members to develop skilled technicians capable of delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage operational budgets and address issues impacting service quality.
  • Provide hands-on support to team members, including assisting with product logistics and service inspections.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in management roles.
  • Proficiency in Profit and Loss (P&L) management.
  • Recent military experience (SNCO/JMOs).

Preferred:

  • Background in Fire Protection Alarm, Sprinkler, or Pre-Engineered systems.
  • Ability to commence work within a short timeframe after acceptance of an offer.
