Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager by running great shifts, taking ownership of problems, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance, and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve.
  • Operations: Assist with the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and facility maintenance.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, customers, and management to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
