Organize and restock your cleaning supplies in line with hotel standards, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Uphold the confidentiality of guest information and maintain a tidy work environment, adhering to the daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

Be punctual and adhere to attendance policies, communicating effectively with guests and team members.

Maintain knowledge of hotel services, staff, and local amenities to assist guests as needed.

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those outlined in the Associate Orientation Handbook.

Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required.

Working Environment

Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance. Follow safe lifting practices as outlined in the Departmental Orientation Handbook.

Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and use hands for various tasks.
