**Job Summary**

MML Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation, including menu development and inventory management.
  • Oversee the kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently and effectively, meeting our high standards for quality and safety.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocking.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
