Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Insight Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring quality control, and managing multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and coordinate project plans on-site according to the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Plan and oversee all construction phases.
  • Lead regular internal and external tailgate meetings, focusing on project health and safety.
  • Prepare daily reports in collaboration with the Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer, and Quality Control Manager (QCM).
  • Review and process project submittals.
  • Participate actively in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on-site staff.
  • Coordinate with on-site subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience working on federal or commercial ground-up vertical construction projects.
  • Experience on projects exceeding $500,000.
  • OSHA-30 Certified.
  • Scheduling experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or other scheduling software.
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractor and client meetings - NAVFAC or USACE experience.
  • CQM Certification (USACE Quality Control Certification).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Current or ability to get a security clearance.
