Executive Assistant TS/SCI Specialist

Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide calendar scheduling and oversight, suspense tracking, workload prioritization, communications, and word processing to support the OSD mission. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting government personnel with administrative systems, file systems, and records management.
- Managing calendars and schedules to adjust for short notice changes and higher priority tasks.
- Performing operational duties related to human resources, IT, security, and facilities management.
- Reviewing correspondence documents and implementing an internal suspense tracking system.
- Developing and maintaining documents and correspondence in accordance with DoD 5110.4-M Vol 1 and Vol 2.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of related experience or HS Diploma with at least 9 years of related experience.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI required at date of hire.
- Demonstrated expert level knowledge and execution of the English language for DoD correspondence.
- Demonstrated experience supporting in an OSD/Joint Staff/Interagency environment.
- Knowledge of the structure and missions of the OSD and the Components.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adapt to rapidly changing requirements, and multi-task capabilities.
