Job Description

Marathon TS is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)).

The successful candidate will have a strong background in intelligence planning and programming, with a minimum of two years of experience in this field.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating existing and planned intelligence and ISR capabilities, processes, and programs across the DoD and IC.
  • Assisting in the coordination and staffing that supports the daily execution of the overall Battlespace Awareness portfolio.
  • Preparing materials for the director and deputy directors of Battlespace Awareness and Security Programs (BASP).

Basic requirements for skills, experience, education, and credentials include:

  • US citizenship with an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret (TS) security clearance and current access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) (TS/SCI).
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Six years of experience, with a minimum of two years specialized in intelligence planning and programming.

Preferred skills and experience include:

  • Four years of experience constructing MS Excel databases.
  • Four years of experience arranging technical exchange meetings and preparing technical materials.
