Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our ChargeOn Fund team as an Athletics Development Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and management of annual fund plans towards the achievement of ChargeOn fund goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage event registration and attendee information by processing data received post-event through electronic mediums and hard copy files.
Import and export constituent data to and from the Social Tables application tracking constituent engagement and event performance in the constituent database.
Track donor campaign performance through appeal code system in CRM.
Assist with Knightmare Society solicitation, fulfillment of member benefits, producing and distributing emails and newsletters, and social media support.
Maintain ChargeOn Fund inventory for donor stewardship.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization.
One (1) year of appropriate experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Athletics or University setting.
Strong computer (Microsoft Office) skills.
Organizational / attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
Position requires attendance at all scheduled home games / matches, which may require work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time.

Salary:
Negotiable
